80% of workers reported a productivity increase with maternal support
We are supporting working Moms at the corporate level in four main ways:
-
Our 6-month offering, curated specifically for organizations, brings working moms within an organization together to stimulate organizational systemic change. Employees will gain self awareness, build community, integrate learnings, and strengthen confidence leading to increased retention, motivation, engagement, and productivity at the workplace.
Best suited for: organizations who want to invest in on-going parental support for their working moms
-
Our single session workshops are curated for organizations with a desire to hone in on a specific topic(s) of conversation. Customized to meet the unique needs and interests of the organization, these 2-hour workshops are delivered to formal or informal employee resource groups. Topics include but are not limited to: Boundaries, Mom Guilt, Time Scarcity, Fighting To Keep Up, The Danger of Comparison, Moving to the Next Level.
Best suited for: organizations interested in “piloting” The Integration Project
-
Many organizations have formalized Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s) but lack formalized programming to support them. Kara and Greer specialize in organizational support and work with ERG’s across the country to bring about systemic change. Topics can be curated to meet the specific ERG need and have shown immense positive impact in individual excitement and engagement across time.
Best suited for: organizations with formalized ERG’s who lack programming or facilitator support
-
Our flagship 6-week program with topics that surround specific challenges that come along with running a ‘two passions in parallel’ life. Participants gain new tools, meet women in a similar boat, engage in exercises to build your emotional awareness, and feel empowered to embark back into their multi-faceted life with a renewed sense of growth, peace, and readiness to engage.
Best suited for: the individual working mom or an organization with the capacity to sponsor 1-2 employees
