User Agreement for The Integrated Mom

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

Welcome to The Integrated Mom! This User Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for accessing and using the services and content provided by The Integrated Mom (referred to as "The Integrated Mom," "we," "us," or "our") through our website, www.theintegratedmom.com, and any related platforms, programs, and communications (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access or use any Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these terms for that organization and representing that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to the organization.

2. Description of Services

The Integrated Mom offers various programs and resources designed to support working mothers in navigating the demands of work and family life. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • The Integration Project Workshop Series: A cohort-based virtual workshop series, typically 6-weeks in duration, focusing on topics such as advocating for your needs, boundaries, mom guilt, values & expectations, and accountability. These workshops are designed to help participants gain clarity, tools, and a supportive community.

  • Single-Session Workshops: Customized 2-hour workshops addressing specific topics related to the working mom experience (e.g., time scarcity, the "working mom brain-split").

  • Ongoing ERG Facilitation: Expert programming and facilitation support for Employee Resource Groups within organizations.

  • Resources and Content: Including one-pagers, templates, email content, and promotional materials related to our programs.

  • Coaching and Consultation: As part of or separate from our programs, we may offer individual or group coaching.

  • Community Engagement: Opportunities to connect with other working mothers through our programs and platforms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

3. Program Enrollment and Fees

  • Registration: To enroll in our programs, you may be required to register through our website or a third-party platform (e.g., Calendly).

  • Fees: Program fees will be clearly stated at the time of registration. For The Integration Project workshop series, the current fee is $400 for the 6-week experience. Prices are subject to change, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Payment: Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment processor. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

  • Organizational Sponsorship: We encourage participants to seek professional development funding from their employers. We may provide templates and support materials to assist in this process. Your organization's sponsorship of your participation is a matter between you and your employer.

  • Refunds and Cancellations: All sales are generally final. Specific refund and cancellation policies for individual programs will be communicated at the time of registration.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering for our Services and keep your information updated.

  • Maintain Confidentiality: In cohort-based programs and community discussions, you agree to respect the confidentiality of other participants and not share personal information or discussions outside of the group, unless explicitly permitted or required by law.

  • Engage Respectfully: You will engage with other participants and our facilitators in a respectful, constructive, and supportive manner. Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Responsible Use of Resources: You will use any templates, materials, or resources provided by The Integrated Mom solely for your personal and professional development and not for redistribution, resale, or commercial use without our express written permission.

  • Personal Accountability: While we provide valuable tools and information, we emphasize that "the responsibility to take it all in and actually improve myself was on me." Your progress and outcomes are ultimately your responsibility.

  • No Creation of Existential Crisis: Our aim is to facilitate "microshifts" and bring peace around the constant tug-of-war that comes with being a working mom, not to create an existential crisis.
