Our Signature Cohort Program is a 6 Week integration program designed to support working moms around the country to build community, learn invaluable insights, gain tools, and grow together in a group setting. You will walk away from this program feeling more clear, directed, and empowered to advocate for the life you want. Participants come together weekly in a virtual group setting and engage in assignments and community prompts between sessions to further integrate and solidify their learnings.

1:1 COACHING

Our 1:1 Coaching Plan is a reoccurring virtual video call with one of The Integrated Mom Co-Founders and Certified Coaches, Kara Fresk or Greer Van Dyck. Coaching is designed for the working mom who’s looking for deeper support, a clear path forward, and a trusted thought partner to help make sense of what’s hard and move toward what’s possible.
