a community for working moms
Elevating your experience as a working mom through community because the journey is lonely without it.
THE INTEGRATION PROJECT was born to foster a community of growth and support with other working women. We create intentional space and meaningful community specifically to inspire action, alleviate the pain, and normalize what being a working mom entails.
We know first hand the beauty AND the pain that comes with being a working woman. Whether it’s exhaustion from the hustle, fear about successfully navigating work and motherhood, or experiencing the anxiety that comes with questioning your purpose, we’ve been there. In our luckiest moments, we had a group of strong women to support us. But often, we experienced these things in isolation.
PICTURE THIS:
You’re sitting in the waiting room of your Pediatrician’s office with a sick child. You’ve had to miss two important meetings this week while pushing for a huge deadline. You’re trying to stay present for your crying child while also scared that your job is in jeopardy.
You’re crying at your desk because your supervisor comes in with a last minute critical request and it means you’re going to miss yet another talent show or soccer game.
You come home from an invigorating and exhausting week-long work trip only to return home to complete chaos. You are mentally and physically tapped and have no option but to snap right into mom mode.
Enough is enough with the constant mental tug-of-war of being a working mom. We are here to transform your relationship to your title as working mom, and bring you the peace you deserve.
